Tongue Tie and Lip Releases

With the use of a diode laser we offer Lip and Tongue tie releases for infants who may struggle feeding, gaining weight, or other various nursing issues. Many new parents find themselves working with pediatricians and lactation consultants to help with their nursing struggles and often times it can be related to a piece of tissue that is restricting the mobility of the baby’s lip or tongue.

Common symptoms for the Mother include:

• Pain while nursing
• Decreased milk supply
• Plugged ducts or Mastitis
• Inability to nurse without nursing aid

• Poor weight gain
